Cancellation Policy:

At Massage + Beauty By Daniel our clients are important to us. We kindly ask should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide the clinic with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Last minute cancellations and no shows will incur a 25% fee or your pre-paid treatment/service will be forfeited.

Prepaid Treatment T&C's:

* The client has 12 months from the date of purchase to redeem all 6 treatments. 

* Prepaid treatments are not transferrable or refundable.

* If a client is a no-show or cancels with less than 24 hours' notice that single treatment will be forfeited.

Product Price Match Guarantee:

Should you find Medik8 or Intraceuiticals online for a cheaper price, we will match the advertised price. The product has to be in stock and available immediately and from Australian stores/websites only. This is only available to in-clinic purchases.
